Our charge is to find what users value, then the best use of concept and mechanism to deliver it. We believe what we ask of the user, and what we offer them, must at least be equal in value. Without an equitable experience, we are asking a user to pay for a message with their most finite resource - time. If awards, accolades, and the respect of our peers is an ancillary result, then we are thankful. But if we maintain our intentionality in delivering a message and experience meant for the user who wants it, then mission accomplished.“
